What is organic traffic?

Many of you probably have never heard about the term "organic traffic" so what does it mean? Organic traffic is traffic from people who are interested in your content and not only came by just because they stumbled over your link.

The best organic traffic comes from search engines like google as the people who come from there have entered a search term which lead them exactly to your site, so that are the people you are looking for

How to increase organic traffic?

To increase the organic traffic to your site your website or blog should be listed on google as high as possible as we all know that most people don't look on site 2 or 3 on the search results. So how can you get your site on the top places in the google search result?

1. Write content which people want to read, use googles keywoord tool to find out what people are searching and how many competitors you will have.
2. If you have choosen a keyword, use it as much as possible on your site but don't spam!
3. After you have followed step 1 and 2 try to promote your sites by building backlinks (comment on other blogs, use your link as forum signatures, use yahoo answers and put in your link if related to the question, submit articles)
4. Make sure that google adsense adds are related to your content!
5. Now enjoy the traffic and the money coming in!

Be aware that to increase good quality traffic takes time and don't just happen over night so be patient. there is no quick rich with adsense scheeme even though many people will promise you that to promote their products.
